Fourth of July Center Harbor Road Race

The Center Harbor Fourth of July Road Race in Center Harbor, NH, was a tradition for families for just over 40 years. With activities like the baby crawls, the kids fun runs, the short dash challenges and the 2 and 5 mile road races, the events on July 4 were a fixture that grew every year to become a major part of our Center Harbor Independence Day celebration.

Then Covid hit, and the activities were cancelled in 2020 and 2021.

This year, in 2022, the Center Harbor Fourth of July Celebration and the Road Races were back. It was just as great an event as before, with new participants and regulars alike enjoying the festivities. This was the 42nd running of the race, and my 39th year running the 5 mile course. I’m so happy to be able to be part of such a great community.
