Wildwood Update July 12 2022

There were two relatively recent (last 2 years) home sales in Wildwood, and one is currently “pending”.

The most recent home sales were at 7 Wildwood Drive )$425,000), and 15 Alderberry ($2,635,000)

The only sales in the last 12 months to date were lots, both on Long Island Road.

The pending home sale is at 142 Wildwood Drive, and should close in early August.

Wildwood, like most of New Hampshire, has seen a great lack of inventory and higher than historical prices.  Wildwood is a much desired area so inventory does not stay on the market long.
